The Leadership should be held Accountable for this Travesty. Do you hear Lady Justice calling Harry! 6) 4) The House Ways and Means Committee and House Leadership should be Held accountable for not challenging this Bill and then allowing it to be voted on in the House. The House Violated the Constitution of the United States and its own House of Representatives Rules for the Origination of Bills when it voted for this bill! DO you feel this Nancy! 7) 5) The President should be held Accountable for not vetoing this bill under the Originations clause of the United States Constitution; however, this is probably why he originally argued this was not a “tax!” 8) 6) The U.
