The African Youth Journals would like to congratulate the following people who, after a rigorous selection process, have been selected as the 8 writers to participate in the inaugural AYJ Writers Series for the next 6 months: Sanaa Arman from Sudan; Achraf Hamidi from Morocco; Natasha Mbwana from Tanzania; Ngozi Monicamildred Cole from Sierra Leone; Lameck Orina from Kenya; Michael Dale-Asiedu from Ghana; Nelissa Ngqulana from South Africa; Christelle Kazadi from the DRC. The 8 will team up with our team of five editors from Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana and Zimbabwe to produce the AYJ Writers Series: an online, monthly standalone publication made up of between eight and ten polished short articles on almost anything related to Africa. This will be a short, quality read on African issues that one will want to read over and over.
