The American Health and Fitness Journal 2013 reported that for as little as 7 mins a day you can decrease body fat, improve insulin sensitivity and boost muscle fitness and VO2 Max. The circuit we did today was based on this, 12 exercises performed for 30 seconds each with a 10 second break between each one, using a mixture of resistance and aerobic exercises. Here are the exercises if youd like to try at home: Jumping Jacks Wall sit Push ups Sit ups Step ups (could be onto chair or step) Squats Tricep dips Plank Running on spot with high knees Lunges Plank and side twist Side plank (30 sec on each side) If you have the time or want greater results you can repeat.
