The American Indian Studies Center is hiring a Management Services Officer (deadline THIS MONDAY 11/10)! The MSO manages and coordinates the administrative functions of the American Indian Studies Center. The MSO manages administrative staff and an annual operating budget consisting of state funds, faculty grants and awards, and private gifts. The MSO monitors expenditures, utilizing University systems (QDB, PAC, EDB, PAN, TRS, etc.) to place orders, manage payroll and to verify information. The MSO manages Center space and equipment inventory, and oversees the planning of all special events, lectures, and conferences. The MSO prepares and presents annual operating budgets; undertakes analysis of organizational needs; and recommends changes to staffing and resource allocations as necessary. Requisition # 21179
