The American dream becomes a U.S. nightmare Hungry children haunt my dreams. Homelessness leaves me empty and concerned. Poverty is not a desirable state and no one is telling me all poor are lazy. Tax cuts for the most wealthy has driven this train of poverty and despair as the wealthy blame the poor and they laugh at the banking doors as they convince many middle class that the poor are the problem. Outsourcing kills our collective bargaining powers, and leaves us vulnerable to the wealthy oligarchs. Funds of massive amounts flow into the coffers of political suicide for the people and sanctioned by our highest court. Debt incurred from unreasonable financial practices by those that control the reins of this economy. We work hard and make less, we sacrifice our children on battle fields for often questionable reasons. Then they tell us its our duty to sacrifice for their gains, and meanwhile halt all help for our troops and we know not who to blame. These miscreants piss down our backs and scream its Raining. Some of us believe the rain is just yellow and smelly, but many of us know, the rain they claim is urine. Defecate on us, as we watch our tubes and wonder where the nasty smell emanates from. They are the evil ones Jesus warned us about, the ones that smother our rights in cloaks of trickle down that never trickles. New Pharisees of religion, keep many in line and the fascist smile and think its sublime. Racial divisions promoted by the right, drain our souls and might. Guns galore and we die far more, and the ones at the top love it when we kill each other like murder whores. Our once gallant dreams become a nightmare and scheme as the Koch bros and their ilk smile and swear we are too dumb to rule, and the Tea people prove them right; and we become a tool.
