The American intelligence is spying against the whole world! On the basis of the report published by the Britain based ‘The Guardian’ newspaper, the American intelligence have spied the cellular phones of 35 world’s heads of states. The newspaper has published this report on the basis of information provided by a former contractor of the ‘National Security Agency’ Edward Snowden who has sought refuge in Russia and is still there. Though the American government tried its best to get him back and to trial him according to the American law but Russia have not passively responded yet. Snowden said, as quoted by the newspaper, that an official of ‘White House’ handed over the cellular numbers of 35 heads of states to the ‘National Security Agency’ for surveillance. This issue was escalated when the German government announced that they will investigate the observation of cellular phone of their chancellor Angela Merkel and she had herself made a phone call to Obama in this regard. She issued a kind of warning that such incidents can jeopardize the confidence among the allied countries. Though Obama assured her that it will not be repeated but did not say anything whether it has already taken place or not and the same thing was expressed by the spokesman of white house Jay Carney. He also avoided saying anything whether it has taken place previously or not. Though he stressed it won’t take place again. On the basis of the evidences provided to ‘The Guardian’ newspaper, Edward Snowden disclosed that the high ranking officials working inside the executive organs of the National Security Agency, comprising the White House, State Department and the Pentagon were instigated by the this Agency to share their phone directories with them. This document tells that nearly 200 phone numbers were provided to the National Security officials including the numbers of 35 heads of different states. The news got much more significance when this issue was raised by Angela Merkel in the European Union summit in Brussels and the whole meeting was overshadowed by it. Moreover, a few days earlier, the news of surveillance of millions of telephones was spread out inside France and the French president, Francois Hollande said that he wanted this issue to be included in the agenda of the European Union summit. This startling news once again proves that the American leaders have no regard for any human values to the extent that they do not even have reverence for their principles of democracy. The slogans of humanity, sympathy and justice are raised by them just to achieve their malicious objectives. It was considered that the American officials are behaving immorally and illegally only with some specific group of people; but now it is revealed that they are used to it. Due to their malevolent politics and indecent policies, they do not have any clear and precise definition for foe and friend. They hurt an ally in the disguise of a friend and this is even more hazardous than the behaviour of two enemies between themselves; because the enemy realizes the enemy. But when the enemy disguises in the shape of a friend, it is really dreadful.
