The Angel & the Kid – [Episode 15] (Kid was late for school. He jumped up from bed, got dressed and ran to catch his school bus on time.) “Inside the bus” (It’s only after he got into his school bus and found a seat that he looked to see where Angel was. She was nowhere to be seen) “Inside the classroom” (Kid looked around everywhere, still Angel was not visible anywhere) “During P.E” (Kid wasn’t a big fan of sports. He used to sit alone on the side lines and watch the game. Angel used to join him. But today, Angel wasn’t there. What was going on he wondered) “Back in the bus” (Had something happened? Was Angel alright? Kid was starting to worry. Angel never disappeared like this) “Back home” (When kid gets back home, he sees Angel sleeping blissfully in his bed) Kid – Are you kidding me? You were here at home all along? Do you know I looked for you everywhere today? I was so worried!! Angel – (Turning over to the other side) …hmm hasn’t life thought you that yet? That’s how things are sometimes…you think that the most precious of things are somewhere else…while it might have been by your side all along… (Angel gives a small laugh)… - Richard Joy Thomas
