The #AnkylosingSpondylitis starch sensitivity is no joke and it seems to be getting worse. Last nights huge McAllisters Deli potato did me in and resulted in me being totally laid out and flu-ish for the the night. Then...tonights yummy homemade spaghetti did the same thing. It is also bloating me up and adding on more weight, when in all reality, its a pretty ideal healthy diet. My stupid body just doesnt respond well at all! Its beyond frustrating as Im trying to cook hearty nutritious vegetarian meals for my fam, but there is no way to do a low-starch version of those meals....especially when there is no extra cash. Hmmm... Ive gotta figure something out for sure, because this isnt working. I have no clue why I just typed all of that. Then again....why do any. Of us post all of the rambling junk we post on Facebook? Hahah
