The Apex Court of this land [India] i.e. Supreme Court of India has categorically declared that:----Hinduism is not a religion. But in spite of this fact :----How & why Non Muslims, Non Christians, Non Sikhs, Non Buddhists population of this country are compelled to use their religion as Hindus. Demolish Hinduism to get rid of Casteism. Till the time Hinduism remains a religion in India Casteism will remain a serious social evil and thus Reservation will remain Constitutional provision and therefore likes of Janradan Dwivedi or political fiefdom like Congress -BJP or other political outfit must be immediately declared Un Constitutional.
