Chicken breasts in Pink Sauce with Peas, Carrots, red Peppers and Mushrooms. Served over Fettuccini Pasta. The second Entree is Shrimp Cacciatore. Shrimp sauteed with Onions, Bell Peppers, Mushrooms and Black Olives in Marinara Sauce. Served over Penne Pasta. The Dessert for this week is Strawberry Cheesecake.
