The Army ROTC Cadets from Texas A&M University Corpus Christi, the Islander Battalion, held a Platoon water drill competition today on the beach near the campus of TAMUCC. My Veterans Field Representative, Captain Rene Coronado, a graduate of TAMUCC ROTC in 1997, attended the event this morning to motivate our future Army leaders! I support our ROTC Program and the great Army Officers they produce who serve and protect our nation. Great job Cadets!
