The Army War College community will join with family and friends to honor the memory of Maj. Gen Harold J. Greene, Monday, Nov. 10 at 11 a.m. He will be recognized in a memorial ceremony at the USAWC Alumni Memorial at the site of the former Memorial Chapel on Forbes Avenue between its intersections with Wright Avenue and Liggett Road. Tucked in a quiet corner of the base, the memorial plaque bears the name of those Army War College alumni who have been killed in hostile action. The plaque is maintained by the Army War College Foundation, formerly the Alumni Association.
