The Arts Council for Wyoming County, 31 South Main St., will be open for extended hours on Dec. 6 for its annual open house and East Canyon Artisans Sale. The sale begins at noon and will feature handcrafted items created by local artisans. Vendors will fill both floors of the Arts Council and an adjacent building next door with a carefully selected variety of crafts, including fiber arts, jewelry, paintings, handmade soaps, teas and other items.
