The Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II says Ghana’s economy will breakdown if the Single Spine Salary Structure (SSSS) is maintained. According to Otumfuo Osei Tutu, using 70 per cent of the country’s revenue to pay salaries of just a few people in the public sector is untenable. Asantehene said the Single Spine Salary Structure was created by human beings and must be changed to save the nation’s ailing economy. I agree that the single spine should be look at.... do you agree ????
