If you share the same vision and commitment, we invite you to fill in our below fixed term vacancies: FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (based in Makati City) The successful recruit will be responsible in Quickbooks entries of all cash receipts and disbursements transactions. He/She will review cash and travel liquidations and employee expense reports, will record personal use of TAF vehicle, will provide support to the Finance and Admin unit for quarterly/year-end reconciliation of accounts, and will assist the Finance Officer in other areas of general accounting. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy/CPA an advantage but not required. Preferably with experience in financial and fund accounting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Tagalog. Strong time management skills and professional organizational abilities. Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. Knowledgeable in Excel, Microsoft word, database and email applications. Knowledge and familiarity with the Philippine NGO community and government agencies preferred. Knowledge of USAID or other international donor agency requirements and regulations desired.
