Automation Engineer Gypsum Banten - Cikande Responsibilities: Support the project design team for software design and commissioning during the construction phase of the project. Support the manufacturing team and the process engineer in the fine tuning of the control system. Maintain and troubleshoot the PLC code once the plant is production. Ability to work with plant engineers, external vendors, operators and management to manage projects and assignments is essential. Ability to troubleshoot control systems from the field element up through operator interfaces and databases. Specify and purchase PLCs, drives, and other electrical components and equipment. Maintain and troubleshoot the Scada System (Siemens WinCC). Requirements: Male, candidate should posses Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Engineering majoring in Automation Systems. Min 5-10 years experience in plant maintenance and / or project environment. Candidate should have an experience in designing and programming control systems with emphasis on PLCs, Siemens WIinCC Scada System or HMI systems. Have a good software programming skills and good electrical skills. Should have a knowledge of Siemens S7 programming. Understand about manufacturing process. Candidate must be excellent troubleshooters and must stay current on technology. Candidate must be fluent in English both oral and verbal. Candidate experienced in multinational / multilingual environment will be preferred. Available for international travelling during the training period.
