CIRCLES Among the definitions of love are “a feeling of strong or constant affection for a person”, “strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties” and “affection based on admiration, benevolence, or common interests.” The common theme is affection: A feeling of liking and caring for someone or something. My love or affections are like circles with the inner being family (usually) and going away from the center and including friends, folks here at Boyd & Nicholas Inc., associates and colleagues. I feel affection for friends from the olden days at Blue Cross that I have not seen this century, honorable competitors, and clients (most). I also feel affection for the outer circle, the world, the universe, humanity.
