The BEST Christian teachers, leaders, and pastors are the ones who have walked through Hell & back, can feel your pain, & are from the School of Hard Knocks, and NOT from a classroom. I am not against Christian universities and Bible colleges, but If I need help or counseling in my growth as a Christian, I would rather talk to someone with LIFE EXPERIENCE and not someone whose knowledge comes from a degree in college! If you go to battle, and could choose your officer to lead you, who are you going to choose? An officer whos battle experience has been overseas in war on the field fighting the enemy; or an officer who had ROTC training in college, has his degree, made the Deans honor roll, and got good marks for excellent penmanship?
