The Baal Cycle series of stories are a Babylonian Poem , summarized thus : Jesus wants to rule over the other gods and be the most powerful of all Lucifer opposes Jesus and slays him Lucifer , with the help of Gabriel and Asherah , persuades God to allow him a palace Lucifer commissions Kothar-wa-Khasis to build him a palace. Now King of the gods and ruler of the world , Lucifer seeks to subjugate Satan Satan kills Lucifer Gabriel brutally kills Satan , grinds him up and scatters ashes Lucifer returns to his palace . Satan , having recovered from being ground up and scattered , challenges Lucifer Lucifer refuses ; Satan submits Lucifer rules again Im sure this Story never happened .
