The Bellevue School District hired Tierney and Blakney on Mercer Island, WA. Diana Blakney, lead attorney, has her husband working for Dan Satterberg, our King County Prosecutor. This is how Ricardo and Nancy avoided being charged with perjury and the saga continues. I believe Case 12-35580 in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals is a great example of a miscarriage of justice. Perjury by two school officials and a hostile tone was tolerated by Judge Gina Margitan, Spokane, WA (where Nancy Larson is also from). Judge Margitan said a Caucasian male cant face discrimination or retaliation for advocating for the rights of others. The Judge wont share any of the Public Records of her pre- hearing meetings and phone calls with Ricardo Cruz and Nancy Larson. WOW! Judge Bruce Hilyer allowed me only ten minutes in his courtroom and theres no way he was going against the Attorney General representing Employment Security. There is no recording or record of that hearing. The WA Court of Appeals refused a Motion for Discretionary Review and waited for Judge James Robart to just dismiss the entire case without requiring a meeting between attorneys and not even requiring any Public Records evidence from the Bellevue School District. Ok, so Justice Marsha Pechman refused to reassign the case twice, what else is new after all of this nonsense. The Bellevue School District continues to break the law and has wasted well over half a million dollars of your money just trying to silence me. I was a Union VP protecting the rights of over 30 workers. I fought for the unemployment rights of a Native American coworker who was humiliated in front of his peers by Nancy Larson. I also fought for senior workers who were threatened with arbitrary firings by Nancy Larson, when they only had a year or two left before retirement. My own Union collaborated with Nancy Larson to spy on me (even though I had zero misconduct) and she said she wanted to get three people fired without cause. Now I know the EEOC had 3 tries to investigate, but all of my eyewitnesses were already threatened with termination by the district. Its OK Ricardo Cruz said he did not know what an employee advocate was, but he hired his friend who is an expert at defeating EEOC claims, Don Roberts. Don is married to KOMO TVs Connie Thompson in Seattle, so the media is way too afraid to run any story that would expose this corruption. Ricardo made sure he had another friend, Larry Sera, Former Bellevue School District Asst. Supt., pose as a fake discrimination investigator and he got paid ~$118,000. He has no training in that field and he is good friends with all the perpetrators, but he is still on the Bellevue payroll and he got paid to cover this up. They could not even find the nasty picture of dying African AIDS babies that my coworkers put on my work seat for exposing hatred. They did see the word puto that some district employee wrote in Juans office when he tried to work for Nancy and Ryan. Nancy even told Juan his English was not good enough to essentially weed and mow lawns. He was already a full time district employee with 16 years of LA Unified School District experience and they still forced him to take a written test for a job in grounds. This is how they can keep hiring friends and family in the district. Well, I have many employees who still thank me for their jobs in spite of Nancy Larson calling my other employer and slandering and defaming me so that I could no longer work in two school districts. Its OK, that is a felony in most states and the Judges so far have completely ignored how malicious the district has been in there efforts to not only eliminate basic worker rights, but also make sure everybody sees what they can do to people who attempt to advocate for justice. I will NEVER NEVER NEVER GIVE UP and it only takes a few of you out there to level the scales of justice.
