The Belmond Area Arts Council is pleased to host an exhibit of artwork by Dr. Al Kollasch, longtime Belmond physician, from now through August 10. The main floor of the Art Center will showcase his paintings, including watercolors, oils and acrylics, portraying landscapes, florals, and wildlife. On the upper level of the Art Center will be some of his photography, plus a portion of his collection of other artists works he has generously donated to the Art Center. The Art Center is open on Sunday afternoons from 1:30-4:30 p.m., and an open house for the exhibit will be held Sunday, August 10.
