The Below the Belt Pedalthon is a unique teams event that will take over Sydney’s Eastern Creek on Tuesday 16 September. Teams of up to 8 riders will be tested to complete as many laps of the course as possible, all within a 4 hour time frame. The unique format ensures strategy will play its part, and should create a great atmosphere. The Pedalthon was formed in 2013 to promote awareness of urogenital cancers (prostate, testicular, bladder and kidney), while also raising funds for ANZUP. In turn, ANZUP’s challenge is to undertake high-quality research that will make a difference to the lives of people affected by these cancers.
