The Better Business Bureau sent me my annual invoice for membership. Here is a series of emails between us. Me: Is the BBB a member of the Greater Memphis Chamber? BBB:We are members of most of the Chambers of Commerce in our 28 county service area, including the Memphis Chamber. We provide them with copies of their membership with our BBB alerts and warnings. Me: Thank you Ms. Crawford. I am a retired Memphis Firefighter and I have been a member of BBB since 2009 I believe. In leu of the recent events when the Greater Memphis Chamber made suggestions to Mayor Wharton and the city council about public employees and retirees losing their current insurance benefits , my company, Splash Plumbing Inc. will not be participating with the Better Business Bureau.
