The Bible can be a constant source of strength and help BUT you must know it to draw from it. At the least you must be familiar enough with it to find the answers you need when you need them. Only by becoming familiar with the Word of God can you rely upon it to help you overcome temptation to sin. When you are faced with a personal crisis or need encouragement you can find help in the Bible if you know where to look. DO NOT LET THIS BOOK OF THE LAW DEPART FROM YOUR MOUTH; MEDITATE ON IT DAY AND NIGHT, SO THAT YOU MAY BE CAREFUL TO DO EVERYTHING WRITTEN IN IT. THEN YOU WILL BE PROSPEROUS AND SUCCESSFUL.
