The Bible says in the Book of Exodus, Chatper 31, Verse 17... It is a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. The Hebrew word for refreshed here is naphash Naphash means...to take breath, refresh oneself. The Lord is our shepherd and He will refresh us daily. He wants us to rest in Him in full assurance of everything around us, all our concerns, worries of the day. He wants us to be confident in Him and just rely in all His promises. Giving Him full responsibilities of all our undertakings, dreams, desires in life will surely refresh us and makes us truly rested.
