The Bible states that when the Righteous Bless the City God will Exalt her. Well, We are blessing Wilmington, Delaware and we call the things that are not as though they were. Our Confession is that Wilmington, Delaware is NOT what is Declared over her in Jesus name. We declare that by the Grace of God in Jesus name that Wilmington, Delaware is the HEAD IN PROSPERITY AT EVERY JUNCTION AND THOSE THAT LIVE, WORK AND PLAY HERE IN JESUS NAME. We come to you Father in the name of Jesus with a DECLARATION OF HEALING AND RENEW HOPE THAT CHANGES THE FACE, POSTURE AND VISION FROM ANY DESPAIR AND ANY HOPELESSNESS BECAUSE WE ACKNOWLEDGE YOU THAT CHANGES OUTCOMES IN THE NAME OF JESUS. We continue to offer our praise and thanksgiving before you that you would apprehend the root of this sickness that is attempting to block the view of many of your authority to break strongholds. We desire strongholds to be broken and that the blood of Jesus would prevail as a shield over Delaware. Send those Holy Angels to minister to the heir of promise and cause your hand to hinder that which influences the minds to be blinded to the reality of you In the name of Jesus.
