The Big Black Trailer After watching the movie “The Little Red Wagon” we feel very motivated to use our summer weekend to help others affected by the flood in Southern Alberta. On Thursday, July 11th, 2013, my son and I will be taking my DJ trailer to High River to help remove debris from the streets for 2 days with Samaritan’s Purse and other volunteers. I felt that towing the trailer there empty would be a shame, so I am asking for anyone interested in supplying goods for the people affected or the volunteers to help make the clean up easier, we will be accepting those over this week. Examples of items: Any donations of new or used clothes, toys, new pillows and blankets for those displaced, personal hygiene necessities, first aid gear, water bottles, rubber boots, rubber gloves, masks, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, or any other thing that you could think of that would be useful in this situation.
