The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and Transparency International are agents of agro-chemical companies, chumming up to local agro-chemical companies by making out that they are against imported conterfeits. It is all a hoax and a deception perptrated on the Ugandan people who know how to farm without chemicals or money but are not being allowed to.
