The Bishop of West Ankole Diocese Rt Rev Yonah Mwesigwa Katoneene has advised the newly ordained church leaders to respect God’s call if they are to succeed in their respective ministries. Katoneene said this today while ordaining church elders, Lay canons and Reverend Canons at St. Peters Cathedral, Bweranyangi. He expressed disappointment with some of the church leaders and elders that promote disorder in church saying that they have gone against their calling. Katoneene further asked all christians to practise trustworthiness and true love so as to live in harmony with others in their communities. Rev Moses Turyaguma of all saints’ church greater in Bushenyi one of the ordained Canons called upon Christians to respect their leaders and urged them to distance themselves from evil acts especially this season where all Christians are preparing for the birth of Jesus
