The Board of Directors of the Houston Highland Games Association regrets to announce that the 2015 Houston Celtic Festival and Highland Games has been suspended. We are by no means going away just restructuring how we do what we do. The board has a fiduciary duty to protect the assets of the organization and cannot do that continuing on with a large festival format that continues to lose money every year. HHGA will be announcing a new direction and plan to fulfill our non-profit mission that will incorporate many of the aspects of the Festival giving you more opportunities during the year to celebrate the contributions and culture of the Celtic Nations. Your continued support and involvement in our communuty is essential to the continuation of HHGA and our programmes. A Q&A meeting will be announced in a few days. We hope you will attend and lend a hand in this new direction.
