The Body Book by Cameron Diaz is a great book for those of u who wonder why and how our bodies absorb and break down nutrients...she explains things very simple and makes it easy to comprehend and grasp (carbs, fiber, fats, protein, sugars). She explains the whys, hows, and whats. Im coincidentally on week four of no more soda and I just read that one 20 oz soda contains nearly 20 teaspoons of sugar in it! Wowww I never really thought of it that way! Ive been terrible to my body with that junk! Lol its a book mostly geared toward women but very informative for both men and women. Just thought Id share :-)
