The Born To Run Ultra Marathon Extravaganza Cinco is scheduled for the weekend of May 16, 2015 - the one hundred mile run will start at 6:00pm on Friday, May 15 and the 10 mile, 30 mile and 60 mile trail runs will start at 6:00am on Saturday, May 16. (I realize this is a change and some of you are going to have difficulty understanding that - so - re-read the schedule - notice the 100 mile time and date change - notice the slight change in milage for Saturdays events - if you cant understand these changes - dont register.) Do not contact me with your opinion or suggestions about the changes - the changes were made for good reason and they are final. Dont like it? Dont come. Do not contact me with your comments about the changes. Registration is now open and will be limited to the first 500 - do not contact me and ask me to hold a spot for you - in an effort to be fair, registration will be on a first come first serve basis - I will not hold a spot of anyone. Finally - please remember that there will be NO refunds - NO transfers - NO exceptions. Do not ask for a refund or a transfer to another date or event - the answer is a polite, no. There will be no refunds even if your cat ate your homework or your dog ate your cat or your grandmother ran over your dog or your grandfather ran over your grandmother or you cant find a babysitter or your girlfriend is cheating on you or you are cheating on your girlfriend or you get shot in the head during an unfortunate piñata incident, of if you become injured or if you dont have time to train or if you contract poison oak, syphilis, herpes simplex, chapped lips, the heart break of psoriasis or any other communicable decease or you get bit by a dog or shot in the neck with a poison dart or your trailer gets destroyed by a tornado or you get deported or your daughter gets married, or any other reason - your registration will not, under any circumstances, no way, no how, aint gonna happen, be refunded. Comprende? Dont like that idea? Dont register. OK - with that said - I am very excited for the opportunity to host another magical weekend on the East Creek Ranch - as always - I sincerely thank you for your trust and support and I look forward to running with you sometime soon.
