The Bren Project Job Coach/Mentors Vacancies We are looking to recruit a small team of Job Coach/Mentors to support our beneficiaries in the workplace. You will provide 1:1 support with both work tasks and work-related routines and help to ensure that the transition process into work is a smooth and enjoyable one for our client group. Where applicable you will also support the beneficiary to travel to and from the workplace independently, monitor and feedback progress to charity staff and build positive relationships with parents and carers. The post will be on a self-employed, sessional basis (as and when required) and the rate of pay will be £7.72 per hour plus travel and out of pocket expenses. Successful applicants will be required to undertake enhanced CRB checks.
