The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division has arrested Taylor K. Roche 20yoa of Binghamton, New York. Roche is accused of burglarizing a Town of Union home on May 10, 2014. Deputies were called to a residence for a disturbance while enroute a burglary was reported at a nearby residence to the one they had been responding too. Upon arrival deputies located Roche and items taken in the reported burglary. Roche was taken into custody on the burglary. Charges: Burglary 2nd degree a felony. Roche was arraigned in the Town of Fenton Court and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional facility without bail. The arrest was made by Detective Doyle
