The Busy Pastors Need to Exercise Workout Exhibit B: Planks, Stability, Core, Back...Look at these two!! When we first started back in Feb/Mar, Greeeen Gary used to roll around on the ground because hed get a cramp from doing crunches OMG hahah ahhaahahh!! Today, he and Cheer Boy were doing Goal Keeper Abs with a Ball Toss!! 30-40 at a time!! WOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! 4 counts down slow, one count up....then 1 count down and 4 counts up...then 10 regular push-ups...INCREDIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
