The CCC board has been devising plans to help our community members who have been impacted by the wildfires. We have several efforts in the works and we need all of your support. We encourage everyone to donate, even $5 online donation or some old buckets you have laying around the barn could be helpful. Central coordinating center for donations: This is our grassroots donations effort, where CCC would like to be a central hub to help connect those offering a service, item, or monetary donation with those in need. Donation requests should be sent to cccmsea@gmail and include the following: name, phone, email, permanent address, current address, need requested (please be specific so we can assist in best possible way). For those offering an in kind donation send the following information: Name, phone, email, address, service or item offered. local feed stores to ask for in kind donations that we can disperse to those who fill out the form. There is a form that will be posted on the CCC website shortly msea-ccc.org/. Examples of services needed or donated would be : truck/trailer hauling, hay (even small pick up truck loads are appreciated), grain, buckets or muck tubs, gate panels, halters, lead ropes, facilities to house evacuated people or horses. Small monetary donations: We are also accepting cash donations at MSEA/CCC Paypal Account. The money collected will be dispersed only to those displaced by wildfires. How to donate? Go to paypal, create a PayPal Account (or login to an existing account). After logged in, click "Send Money,” enter the amount you wish to donate and click continue. In the "To" box, enter: cccmsea@gmail, enter your own email address on form and in the “message” section put “Wildfire Donation”, then click continue. Business group donations for hay transport: Hay is one of the primary needs for those displaced by the fires, therefore, Britany Crown is heading up an effort to collect larger donations from business groups in order to pay for a semi-load of hay to be transported to our area and delivered to those in need. WF Young has already committed $500. This effort will take a little longer to get together and will most likely support those who experience significant losses in the wildfires. If you know of any businesses or individuals willing to contribute larger sums of money towards this effort, greater then $100, contact Britany at: crownbl@aol. Larger donations can also be made through our PayPal account and should be marked as "Hay Donation."
