The CEOs of multinational corporations have a fiduciary responsibility to cut costs and optimize profits for their shareholders. If there are sweatshops in Bangladesh that dont have to abide by our laws (OSHA, EPA, etc. etc.), it behooves the CEO to exploit that opportunity. Its not evil, its just the nature of capitalism. The duty to patronize small businesses falls upon the consumers of goods and services. Bottom up, not top down.
