The CIA has developed a heart-attack gun, a secret weapon used for assassination. It can shoot a small poison dart that causes a heart attack. The dart from this secret CIA weapon can penetrate clothing and leave nothing but a tiny red dot on the skin. A person shot by this gun may feel as though he were bitten by a mosquito, at the very most. Or he may not even feel anything at all. The poisonous dart completely disintegrates on entering the target. Its lethal poison then rapidly enters the bloodstream, causing a heart attack. Once the damage is done, the poison disintegrates quickly, making it very hard to determine in an autopsy that the heart attack resulted from anything other than natural causes.
