The CP Swagger kicked off this morning with a heartwarming sendoff from Bedford Junior High complete with short speeches, prayers, a pep band, balloons, decorations and posters of support all over the walls...including ones from Whitmer Wrestlers and Jefferson Junior High School. If you check out the Twitter feed: @The_CP_Swagger, youll notice Saline inviting people out to cheer them on as they pass by their high school on Sunday. The support we get from our own community is incredible, but it is also inspiring our friends and neighbors in other communities, too! NBC Nightly News will feature a story on this adventure on Monday evenings broadcast. Our local news media was also on hand as well as a CBS and AP representatives this morning.
