The Caltex Site Master Plan is on notice until11 February 2015. The master plan proposed planning for approximately 600 dwellings in town house and apartment form with heights ranging from two to three storeys along existing interfaces to 10 storeys at the north western tip of the site and a central public open space area. An informal drop in session will be held on 22 January 2015 at the South Kingsville Community Centre, 43 Paxton Street, South Kingsville 4.30pm-7.30pm for anyone interested in viewing the plan and talking to Council officers about the proposal.
