The Canmore Eagles dropped their first game of a home-and-home series vs the Okotoks Oilers by a score of 5-1 tonight in Okotoks. The loss is the Eagles 4th consecutive and their record drops to 29-22-3. The Eagles now find themselves in 5th place in South division, as the Camrose Kodiaks defeated the 1st place overall team, the Spruce Grove Saints 2-1 tonight, to leap frog the Eagles for 4th place in the South. 18 year-old defenceman Jakob Lavoie scored the Eagles lone goal, his 1st AJHL career goal.
