Cards starter Carlos Martinez pitched four innings and gave up one unearned run while striking out three. The Cards offense contributed with a four-run fifth inning, which included Matt Hollidays 1000th career RBI to score Jon Jay. Reliever Nick Greenwood made his debut tonight, pitching 3 1/3 innings with one earned run.
