The Census Bureau has released the latest information about commuting trends across America. The League of American cyclists put together this summary of the 70 most populous cities. SO, what do the numbers say about Boise? In short, not much to report on now. According 2013 data just released (based on one year of surveys) the percentage of people that bicycle to work is 3.5%, but the margin of error is one percentage point. So the actual number could be 2.5% or 4.5%. We will have to wait until the Census releases their data based on 3 or 5 year’s worth of surveys.
