The Center received mentions in The Wall Street Journal on two consecutive days this week. The first, on Monday, was in a story about the disagreement statewide over whether or not taxpayers should be on the hook for bailing out Detroit. The story noted a public opinion poll we commissioned that found Republican and Independent voters are overwhelmingly opposed to the bailout. The second, Tuesday’s editorial, is about the 80 percent drop in membership seen by SEIU Healthcare Michigan now that its stealth unionization scheme has ended.
