The Charter of Human Rights act VIC 2006 You can only be pulled over randomly for a Breath test and if you are not in breach of that law you DO NOT have to give your name. If you are pulled over and they have randomly pulled you over for any other reason they have ILLEGALLY DETAINED YOU They do not have any right to randomly pull you over if you are not breaking the law, always ask why you have been pulled over and if they say a random license/vehicle check they are BREAKING COMMON LAW, section 59 of the road safety act has been found to be in breach of your human rights. Know your rights and dont take shit from the Police
