The Chinese New Year “Share and Win” game ended successfully, thank you for all your support and participation! Our chefs are delighted to receive so many creative ideas from all of you, and have decided to feature a range of popular suggested items such as Lo Hei, Pun Tsoi, turnip cake, sugar glutinous cake and sesame ball dumpling at Cafe’s dinner buffet from 30 January to 3 February. Please come and try! Among all the excellent ideas, we have selected Ms Jennifer Lam as our winner considering her creativity and feasibility. Congratulations to Ms Lam for her idea of adding sashimi to the traditional Lo Hei, and the detailed explanation on the serving procedures and ingredients.
