The City of Centerton will be hosting Centerton Day on June 29th; this is an all day event and will be a fund raiser for the Centerton Volunteer Fire Department, Centerton Animal Control and the “Shop with a Cop” program sponsored by the Centerton Police Department. The City is actively seeking donations and items to auction off during the event we will have Live Music, and Games for the children and many vendors and local businesses here during the event, please see below for a list of the events, 7:30AM until 10:00am—Fishing Derby at Centerton Lake, this is open to children 15 years old and under 9:00AM until 10:30AM—Tiny Tots Luau Pageant (up to 10 years old) please click on link for registration forms. centertonar.us/index.php/living-in-centerton/more/centerton-day/2013-entry-form-centerton-day-pageant 9:00AM until 2:00PM—Fingerprints for Children hosted by the Benton County Sheriff’s Office 9:00AM until 12:00PM—Bentonville Police Bomb Squad 9:00AM until 2:00PM--4-H Petting Zoo, sponsored by the Centerton 4-H 10:30AM until 11:00AM—Air Evac Medical Helicopter 11:00AM until 12:00PM—Centerton Day Parade (If you would like to participate please come to Harps at Highway 102 and Commercial Street at 10:30AM to line up, everyone is welcome to enter) 12:00PM until 1:30PM—Auction and Pie Auction, if you would like to donate any items or also donate a pie or cake for the auction please contact Mayor Bill Edwards, 479-795-2750 Ext 26 or Home Phone 479-685-5360 There will also be Door Prizes given following the Auction. 1:30PM until 4:00PM—Fireman’s Muster sponsored by the Centerton Volunteer Fire Department. Also we will have JO JO Jumpers here to provide inflatable’s for the children, there will be a Dunk Tank, and also a Fish Tank from the Arkansas Game and Fish Commission, Concession stand will be in operation, and we will have vendors and information booths. Also KURM radio will provide a remote during the day.
