The City of El Reno is applying for two grants through the Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department for the construction of trails! If awarded, a trail will be located at the Southern Hills Park adjacent to the Public Safety Center. The nearby schools, churches, and neighborhood are in close proximity to get much use out of this trail. The other will be completing the trail around Lake El Reno. With many people enjoying running/walking around Lake El Reno, we believe this would be very beneficial for our citizens.
