The City of Northampton DPW has issued a Limited Snow Emergency from Midnight to 6 a.m.. Parking is prohibited and there will be towing on the following streets to allow for snow removal: Armory St, Center St, Crafts Ave, Gothic St, Hampton Ave, Hawley St, King St, Main St (downtown), Market St, Merrick Ln, New South St, Old South St, Pearl St, Pleasant St, Strong Ave, and State St. The Armory Street Parking Lot is open for use during snow emergencies and parking bans, except from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. to allow for plowing.
