The City of Saratoga Springs recently hired Landmark Design to oversee the design and construction process for Shay Park. The 10-acre park site is split by an abandoned elevated railroad grade that has been recognized as a historical feature, and which provides as obvious theme to guide park development. You are invited to attend an open house to review the concept design of Shay Park tonight, October 8, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The open house will be held in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, which is located at 1307 N. Commerce Dr. #200. Based in part on the comments and ideas received, the design will be revised so construction drawings can be prepared for bidding of the project by the end of the year.
